Returns & Repairs

For reasons of hygiene, the earrings cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are faulty. If your item is faulty, we have a 30 day return policy which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition in which you received it, unworn or unused, with tags and in its original packaging. You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

To initiate a return, you can contact us at If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label as well as instructions on how and where to ship the package. Items returned to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damage and problems
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the problem and resolve it.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Some types of items cannot be returned, such as customized products such as special orders or customized items. Contact us if you have any questions or concerns about your specific item.o.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of items on sale or gift certificates.

We will notify you as soon as we have received and inspected your return and will let you know if the refund has been approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded to the original payment method. Remember that your bank or credit card company may take some time to process and record your refund as well.
