Shipping is free in Italy. We ship via UPS or SDA in Italy.
For international orders we use UPS, DHL and FedEx, depending on which service is best suited to your country. Delivery times are approximate and depend on local delivery services in each country.

COVID-19: We work in accordance with the procedures and regulations of the health authorities. Our jewels undergo sterilization before being packaged, in the utmost protection of our customers.
All orders, except those containing personalized jewelry, will be prepared within 48 working hours from the date of confirmation of the order, times that may vary during the discount and promotion periods. Orders that contain customizable jewelery have a specific preparation time, which is communicated upon completion of the purchase.
In Italy Standard delivery takes place approximately in 4 days, excluding Saturdays and holidays.
For international orders, please consider a waiting time that can vary from 4 to 10 days, excluding Saturdays and holidays.
The tracking number will be provided as soon as the package is shipped.
Returns and Exchanges
For reasons of hygiene, the earrings cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are faulty.
If your item is faulty, we have a 30 day return policy which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition in which you received it, unworn or unused, with tags and in its original packaging. You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase.
To initiate a return, you can contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label as well as instructions on how and where to ship the package. Items returned to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. You can always contact us with any questions at email@example.com.
Some types of items cannot be returned, such as customized products such as special orders or customized items. Contact us if you have any questions or concerns about your specific item.o.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of items on sale or gift certificates.
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and resolve it.
We will notify you as soon as we have received and inspected your return and will let you know if the refund has been approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded to the original payment method. Remember that your bank or credit card company may take some time to process and record your refund as well.
